After years of frustration with high costs and poor customer service from London Letting Agents, the founders of Kennedy|Mulcare took it upon themselves to put this right. 

In order to provide consistency across the spectrum, we offer a fully managed letting service. This ensures a consistently high standard of customer service for Landlords and Tenants alike.

We are unique in that we don't charge tenants any fees at all.

Our landlord fee is 15% and that includes all fees, there will be absolutely no hidden extras. We even include rent guarantee insurance and the cost of the usual lettings documents, such as the EPC. You won't be charged a percentage fee to arrange maintenance or repairs throughout the tenancy, this is all part of the package.

We are not aware of any other letting agent in London providing such a comprehensive one fee package.
